What I deliver

• Definition. What the system does — and what it deliberately does not do. This is the part that saves the most money.
• Web systems. Admin panel, client area, records, reporting, and the conversation with what the company already uses.
• Sites and CMS. Company site, catalogue, publishing — with a panel so you can edit it yourself, without depending on anyone to change a sentence.
• Interface. Screens that are designed, not a template filled in. Checked running, not in a screenshot.
• Mobile app, when the project calls for one — Android and iPhone, store submission included.

How I work

• One project at a time, almost always. That is what lets me treat each one as if it were my own.
• Fixed scope, fixed price. I don't bill by the hour — billing by the hour rewards taking longer.
• You see it running every week. Online, with whatever exists so far.

Before quoting, I ask

• Who is going to use this on a Monday morning?
• What do you do today without the system? There is almost always a way — a spreadsheet, a paper notebook — and that is the ruler.
• What can stay out of the first version without killing the idea?
